Making gif Images into Movies using Movie Maker
In Movie Maker, choose Import > Pictures and import your gif file.Make sure Movie Maker is in Timeline (not Storyboard) view.

Drag your gif down onto the timeline. Move your cursor over the edge of the gif on the timeline until it becomes a two headed red arrow, and stretch it out so it lasts for as long as you want your movie to run - your gif will just loop repeatedly for the time. (Zoom in if you can't see the edge)

Next, import the background music that you have made using Acid Xpress. Drag it onto the Audio track in the timeline. Adjust your gif play time to match the audio.
Save your finished movie project file, just in case you want to come back later and edit it.
The next step is to export it as a movie. Choose Publish to this Computer
Go to More Settings and choose DV-AVI (PAL). Save your movie.
